What can I expect with Reserved + Polished?
Reserved + Polished offers personalized, in-home wellness and beauty experiences through professional massage, facials, and nail treatments. Our mobile spa clients feel more relaxed, refreshed, and energized after every session. We’re so glad you’re scheduling your serenity with us!
How do I book services?
You can book your own service anytime using our online booking form.
Alternatively, email us at reserve@reservedpolished.com with the following:
Full name
Desired service
Service address (include apartment #, cross streets, parking info, and any special instructions)
Phone number
Preferred date and time
Availability note: Once you complete booking and place your card on hold, we’ll show your reservation as confirmed—but final availability depends on practitioner schedules and any preferences you’ve selected (e.g. gender, service type, date/time). If we can’t fulfill your request exactly, we’ll reach out immediately with alternatives.
Appointments are available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance (up to 30 days ahead).

Can I host a spa party at my home or office?
Yes! We bring the full spa setup to you—whether it’s your home, office, hotel suite, or rooftop. Perfect for small gatherings, celebrations, or team wellness days.
What’s included in a mobile spa party?
Our mobile spa parties typically include a mix of express services such as:
Mini manicures or polish changes
Chair massages or hand massages
Aromatherapy add-ons
Guided facials or skin refreshers
Packages are customized to fit your group size, space, and occasion.
How do I book a mobile facial at home?
You can request a mobile facial via our booking page or by emailing us. We’ll send a licensed esthetician to your home or space with everything needed to create a relaxing experience.
How do I prepare for my at-home appointment?
Nail Services:
Choose a well-lit space with a flat surface
Set out a towel for setup and two chairs (or a couch)
Ensure access to water and power
Remove any gel or acrylic polish beforehand
Massage Services:
Clear a 5’ x 9’ area for a massage table
Provide two clean sheets and one pillowcase
Dress comfortably—your therapist will use professional draping
Facial Services:
Clear space for a facial table (5’ x 9’)
Provide one clean sheet and a pillowcase
Undress to comfort level—draping will be provided
Please crate pets before we arrive to ensure safety and comfort for our team and clients.
How long are appointments?
Appointment length varies by service and includes a consultation. Full details can be found on our service menu.
What if I’m running late?
We allow a 15-minute grace period. Please email reserve@reservedpolished.com if you’re running behind.
Arrivals after 15 minutes may be considered a no-show or charged a late fee if your provider can still accommodate you.
Are mobile spa services safe and hygienic?
Yes. All tools are thoroughly sanitized before each session, and our providers follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to protect both clients and staff.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Wear what’s comfortable. Your provider will use professional draping techniques during massages or facials to ensure privacy at all times.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! E-gift cards are available on our website and can be used toward any service.
Note:
E-gift cards are non-refundable
They expire 2 years from the purchase date

Do you accept direct bookings with providers?
To preserve the integrity of our community, we ask that all appointments be booked directly through Reserved + Polished. Our system is trust-based and ensures a consistent experience.

How do I pay?
All payments are processed securely through our website.
A 4.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity are added to every service.
Your card is securely stored for future bookings.
Additional tips are welcomed via card by request—just email us.
Why do you include a 20% tip?
Tipping is standard in wellness and beauty. Including 20% ensures our licensed professionals are compensated fairly—and makes your checkout seamless.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to rebook within 24 hours, a 25% convenience fee will apply.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued minus standard 3.5% processing fees. Reach out to us with any concerns.
What’s your parking policy?
If our provider cannot find free parking, metered or valet parking (with receipt) may be added to your final bill.
If you're able to provide a parking pass or discount, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

All service providers are licensed, insured, background-checked, and hand-selected for skill and professionalism. We only work with wellness pros who meet our high standards for care and conduct.
